A new outlook...

"Thoughts"

Ever since the weather had drastically cooled down. I'd have to admit, I would most probably miss Japan by the time I leave.. I think it was because of Summer that had made me feel rather "aggressive" towards everything that life had to offer here. It's been said that this year's summer in Japan is the hottest since 30 years. Yet, Autumn is now here (I guess) the leaves had started changing it's colour, slowly.... Yet the Middays are still warm as ever... I can't wait till University starts up again... It's been such a long while since I had did anything quite productive.. I have been quite busy recently, helping out with Open Campus at University where I had to pretty much explain what it is like living in Australia to future Japanese students of Momoyama in Japanese... I have amazed myself from time to time... My Japanese improving slowly and steadily... I remember the first time arriving here in Japan, limited with words.. also only able to pick up at least 30% - 40% of what people are talking about... But now, I am able to express myself in Japanese, fluently... And my Japanese doesn't have any traces of any kind of foreigner sound, most people would say that I sound Japanese.. I have been mistaken a few times for being Japanese and apparently I do look like the people from Okinawa... and a few students would walk up to me and say "Your English is quite good" in Japanese.. and every time that happens, I feel good in a way...

Also, I have been quite busy teaching English from time to time... Trying to earn just a little bit to pay off my bills, and junk food since the currency exchange rate for Australian dollars is quite weak at most times.... Apart from that, I have been doing some volunteer work here and there to keep myself busy... New students have arrived and I have been taking them to University since at most times, the RA's are quite busy with other things... So I take them to Uni and show them around the place... Trying to fill up my time so I won't be as bored as much as when there was no one left here in the apartment, with the Summer heat....

Another Chapter, a new beginning to an end...

It has been for quite some time since I have updated any news...

So here it is....

I have finally made it and fulfilled my longest dream that I ever had dreamed of...

I can't remember for how long I have dreamed about it but now that I am here within that dream.. I was quite disappointed... Yet I will keep on going to see the bright side of things.. I may have wanted it so badly, talked about it so dearly, and never stopped dreaming of being here in Japan... Sure it is summer now here in Japan, and dreading each and every moment of the heat... Pointless aggression towards the littlest things in life... I am quite certain that even if it might be all that I had imagined, or all that I dreamed about, it's all because of the heat that is getting to me... Yet I am quite sure when Autumn arrives, I'd be much more happier... For now, I struggle to get a good night sleep through this Summer...

"Summer Holidays"

I haven't been doing so much over the summer holidays... Running out of things to do, yet I can't complain about it much since I enjoy it at most occasions... Or maybe I have gone insane thinking that I am okay, sane and normal... Like looking at yourself in the mirror, thinking if it is actually your true reflection that you see... Or your true voice that you hear... It's been rather nice at nights these days, in comparison to previous weeks... Previous weeks ago, the air is so thick and wet to breathe, nights were like days... and Electricity bills were rising... ever since I received my latest bill, I made an oath not to use it... So I generally sleep with my door open wide... Luckily I am a light sleeper (I assume I am). Some nights, me and a friend would get our portable chairs and sit out on the top of the stairs between 6th and 7th floor and just sit there, for hours talking about absolutely nothing... At times, we decide to sit on the roof tops on the 7th floor and look at the shooting stars (A bit gay for two guys isn't it?!?) but at times like this, it is good to have some form of human contact, some reality apart from yours that you share with...

"Thoughts"

The song Never Ending by Life on Record would make much more sense to me when I come back to Melbourne and rock it out. Since the opening lyrics are "It's been a year too far too long, since we said goodbye.." I had never actually imagined that song would be such a coincidence....

"What had changed so far"

Well, honestly.. Nothing had changed... A slow personal growth being here... I feel as if I am not studying anything at all and before I continue, I had a dream today... I dreamed about cleaning my toilet excessively... and when I woke up, I checked if it had any meaning (I rarely dream about anything, even if I did, most of which it never occurred upon myself having a dream after waking up from sleep). It had meant that I am not using my full potential/ability where I am constrained, losing my inhibitions.. People come and go in your life and that is quite normal. Yet I can't seem to feel sad about friends leaving, they seem to feel sad about it, cry about it... I could not respond to any of their feelings... I had been through many "Down times" in life but never had to feel that form of sadness of saying goodbye. I had been through many days and nights without encountering any soul that I knew once, without being connected to the world, with nothing at all........... and from this, I can't seem to understand how people get really sad... Or maybe it's just me being "Cold" within... With a masked face, unintended emotions, a smile that seems so real, relentless and yet.... fake... Yet I still stand alone, with pride to what I have achieved thus far... and yet I still seek for more knowledge to sharpen these skills... (Ninja skills)

So what's new? It's been a while....

Lately life is somewhat congested in its own ways,
funny how things intertwine when you least expect it
and its funny how I only write when I feel so empty...

At times I wonder how to deal with all of it without getting stressed
out and as that feeling goes, "Curling up into a ball"

Here are ways that I do things in life:

1) Plan yourself ahead:
Make sure and always have a back up plan,
just in case your first few plans fail.

2) Make time to do the things you love:
Listen to your favourite music and dance it off
Sing as loud as you want..
Make music, be creative..
Cook, eat your favourite food

3) Have time for yourself:
Know who you are, your true colors...
and just let is shine as brightly as you want,
instead of thinking that you are a mere dot in this world

4) Do random things:
whatever comes to mind...

Ever wonder sometimes, how life leads you to the way you are now?

Life isn't about stress and those moments where you are annoyed or angry about something.
It is about passion and life's commitments to the things you enjoy doing.

Once I have been told (perhaps many times) that there is a light on every tunnel you fall into and it is quite a simple methodology. I didn't quite understand it at first but now, that made me realize and opened my eyes. It just means 'even if you may drift around the darkness and lose yourself, as long as there is a light to go to, there is where you should be going' in my own words. But imagine that you didn't lose yourself and mainly just focused the light, with passion. What does that change?

It changes everything in what you see in the world
So whatever you do with your time, do it passionately

Without passion, nor a heart to live
We all drown in our own tears
crying for misery

Life is a gift
No matter how deep the tunnel is and if you're planning to get lost, do it whole heartedly.
You never know what you will discover

Another beginning...

It has been quite sometime since I have updated anything that's worth while...

Today would be the day for another beginning..
Slow and steady, as long as I remember to breathe every time I stop moving forward.
Life is about freedom, experience and take everything that the world has to offer.

There are a few simple steps that I take for granted:
1) Stop caring (only care about yourself) no matter how wrong it is sometimes.
2) Know what you love the most and cherish it, perfecting it so you won't regret loving it.
3) Do nothing and enjoy nature (Smile while your at it and listen to good music)
4) Be proud of being happy (Be proud when your sad too)
5) Share your happiness (The more you share, the more you feel important in everyone's lives)

You know you want to take these simple steps into account and so you should.
You shouldn't feel awkward for being yourself because life is a gift with no boundaries.
Live and let go

After arriving to Geneva, Jet lag kicked in like mad... From M'sia to Doha 8 hours; and from Doha to Geneva another 8 hours with 2 hours transit intervals. Maybe I jet lagged twice and man... was I glad to get out of the plane....

After arriving to KL, I got out the plane with a massive headache (Thanks to that neck pillow) but anyway, we checked into the Pan Pacific hotel which is like 10 minutes away (walking distance) from the airport.

Like I said if you guys didn't believe me hahah..

Well yesterday, was an awesome day.... I was cleaning pretty much everything... I cleaned the kitchen, i hand mopped the kitchen floor, cleaned my car too... Here's the good bit, I locked the car keys in my car!!! Hahahah How you ask? Well, my car usually is locked with the windows down... it always had been like that... So without unlocking my car, i've switched my car on to run the cd player... (Bla bla bla... dancing happily and a few minutes later... ) I decided to clean the car windows, so I decided to wind the windows up... and you guessed it... Automatic windows... I didn't realise then coz I was happily cleaning... then I tried to get in my car coz I've completed cleaning and yes.... it was locked... so what did I do? I just laughed... coz I thought it was hillarious.... The spare keys were 1 hour drive away from home... but anyway....

Well it was one of those days where you're like... YEAH!!! I made myself lunch and I can't wait to eat it, and just my luck, I found $55 bucks sitting on the ground nicely which I thought was a prank in some way... Well... Today had been rather somewhat sorta kinda "Untitled" I've been going around places all day... coz I wanted to get myself a coat... BUT in the morning, I decided to take things that highlights my room.... Like miniture pancakes with honey drooling out of it.... OR whatever that makes you happy... Use your imagination... Today.... The weekend had started for me... How boring I have to admit... Mindless temptations to do something... Nonetheless, I ended up doing things that requires staring... which I did... Staring at the television... I did want to play footy and countlessly asked my brother to tag along but he didn't... So I ended up thinking and thinking...

Well this was one my inventions with cooking... It's Onigiri (Rice Balls) and I decided to make it egg-tastic... Rice wrapped in egg... Curious how I made it? I was curious too... but simply due to my boredom... I created something new for my lunch box... Hahahha... awesome...

It was morning and was minding my own business when I heard horns going off from cars. As being curious, I had a look... A taxi cab... Just parked in a 3 laned road on a busy street... It was a continuous cycle of "Hey! Get off the F*#%ing street! Ya Wank!" (In translation for those continuous abusive sounds of the horn) for atleast a good 10 - 15 minutes or so. Ahhh... A very good morning indeed...

I got you good didn't I? Yet in occurance of the taxi and accompanied by the symphony of musical cars are real

Well today had been a good day, made myself a lunch box which I didn't eat till I got home. It's nice today... Sun is out and it was cool in comparison to other days... When I got home, I felt somewhat Hmmmmm.... Not so sure how I can put it.... so I left it as "lost in translation" which these pictures would explain the feeling to an extent....

While having to think what I should watch, I ended up thinking at other places... As you can see from the following pictures.... Hahahhaha

Today I had gotten up quite early, as to any other day... Body clock tends to wake me up twice... Which I had everything organised prior to this. Before bed, I put on this beach sound to listen to stop any other sort of noise; then the next time I wake up which is between intervals of 3am and 5am, I swap and start listening to this Brain syncronization. There were times I recall waking up talking... Indeed very interesting...

It has been more than a century I guess... I recently had moved to Melbourne City... Such a big beautiful place and yet, a lonely cold place to be...
